What is 'One Page Wonder' you may ask...

Well, it is a 'wiki' site to showcase useful one-page synopses of a variety of interesting topics. Each synopsis shall be provided by ChatGPT, and we mortals will just give it readable formatting (without using the WikiMedia styles, as we are aiming for each page to read like a printed sheet of paper), add a Category, and a link to the corresponding page on Wikipedia.

The goal is to eventually have a single site with useful short-form introductions to a wide variety of interesting topics. This will provide the many people who like to get an initial quick understanding of a topic (without having to wade through an overly long Wikipedia page) a great opportunity to ingest knowledge in delicious, pre-chewed, bite-sized chunks. We, the curators of the wiki, experience the fulfillment of asking ChatGPT about topics of interest to us, and then taking the output and publishing it here for others to enjoy (and feel free to send people links! :-) ). And, by caching the information generated by ChatGPT, perhaps we'll even save some electricity, given the expense of running LLM's such as ChatGPT. In addition, over time, as ChatGPT evolves, it will be interesting to see how the pages here morph when they are updated.

Rules for this wiki:

1. All the content of each page is generated by ChatGPT, and that the prompt to ChatGPT contains the text "a one page synopsis of".
2. Pages are considered 'too long' if they won't fit on one page of legal-sized paper when printed from Google Chrome at 93% of original size.
3. Only update a page if it is more than a month old.
4. Create an account and login to add pages.
5. Pages are added by typing a new page name in the Address window.
6. Use the 'Create' view, and copy/paste the ChatGPT response into the view.
7. Then use the 'Create Source' view to add the prompt to the bottom of the page, using this format:

8. No profanity, insults, harassment, or sexually explicit content is allowed.
9. Content on this site may be freely used elsewhere as it is not copyrighted.
10. Currently we have Moderation enabled; eventually this will be removed, but this will delay your new Page from being seen by the world until our Moderators verify and categorize it.
